UPDATE: Gov. Ned Lamont said in a statement Wednesday the arrival of tests in Connecticut was delayed by out-of-state shipping and warehouse problems. He did not indicate when the state will receive the tests that it will provide to local officials. Disbursements scheduled for Thursday may be postponed.
