AS450 Series VFD
AS450 series VFD is an universal vector VFD. The product was adopted with typical V/F control technology, zero-speed sensor control technology, closed loop vector control and torque control technology, combined with the characteristics of domestic application, further strengthening the product reliability, environmental adaptability and design for customer and the industry, perfectly satisfying a variety of heavy load driven application requirements.

6. Positive-reverse switch
When positive-reserve motor switch to the zero-speed, the phase of current has no change or oscillation, and speed has no ripple.
7. Papid acceleration
0.1s full load acclleration with fast torque response and low speed overshoot.
8. IGBT temperature protection curve
Dynamic calculation of IGBT internal temperature ensures that the IGBT module operates within the temperature limites, improving railiability of the module.

* DC braking before operation: when the rotating direction of motor during free sliding is uncertain, DC braking automatically stop the motor before starting.
* For the square torque load of fan and water pump, high performance excitation control can make the motor run at the optimal efficiency point and achieve optimal energy saving effect.
* Master-slave control* Flexible connection
- Master drive is the speed control, and slave drive is the speed control. Small speed difference is allowed between slave drive and master drive.
- Speed drive receiving the speed signal from the master drive is implemented with drop.
* Rigid connection
- Master drive is the speed control and slave drive is the torque control. Speed difference is not allowed between slave drive and master drive.
- The torque signal of the master drive is transmitted to the slave drive VFD with high speed and accuracy in the following ways:
- Profibus-DP communication connection realizes master-slave control (applicable to high-accuracy master-slave control).
- Analog input and output outlet(master -M0/M1, slave-A01/A1) connection realizes master-slave control(applicable to master-slave control with low speed and low control accuracy)
