I.Test Requirements
The operation table can test the temperature rise test of switch cabinet, ring network cabinet, cable branch box, circuit breaker, load switch, isolation switch, On-column switch and other large current switch node equipment, which can meet the large current temperature rise test of switch cabinet maximum 5000A, circuit breaker 5000A, load switch 5000A, isolation switch 5000A, On-column switch 5000A. The current test is carried out by high-power up-flow equipment, and the temperature patrol instrument monitors the monitoring points in real time and records the temperature curve. Temperature patrol instrument collects data into program control software, and performs data preservation, printing, query and other functions.
The industrial control computer controls the coordinated work of each functional module through serial port and reads the measurement results. All the measurement processes can be operated and completed on the computer. Real-time working status, real-time data and wiring mode can be tested automatically. The test data can be stored manually or automatically. Finally, the editing, printing and management of the test report can be completed (customer requirements can also be online and online). Data can be transmitted offline and communicated with MES.
II.Test Items That Can be Met
High-current temperature rise test for switch cabinets and switches of 35kV and below;
Appearance color RAL7035 industrial gray, appearance without diamond Angle (requirements similar to round Angle), if there are wheels, need to configure all universal wheels, with brakes.
